Pure sweet creamy Highland butter made exclusively from dairy fat obtained from cow’s milk collected from dairy Cattle in Sri lanka . It has a rich, natural golden color and contains no less than 84% butterfat. Free from preservatives, it is ideal as a spread for bread, biscuits, and buns, as well as for baking cakes, biscuits, and other confections.
